Bookings can be made by sending your name, contact details, start date, and the number in your party (maximum 10), by phone or email.

Please don’t hesitate to call (preferably in evenings) regarding bookings. Our response to our mobile number will be subject to reception.

booking POLICIES


To reserve dates for your group you need to send a deposit payment for one person, along with the completed Booking Form.

The balance for your group must be paid within 6 weeks of your walk or bike/visit start date.

Payment is by Internet Banking (see Booking Form for details). Once payment is received a confirmation email will be sent to you.

We do not have credit card facilities at this stage.

If Four Peaks High Country Track has to be closed because of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

planning your trip

We suggest that when planning your trip, you try not to have any pressing engagements to attend to immediately following your trip.
This would allow for any unprecedented weather changes or personal injuries, however unlikely, that could cause a delay in completing the trip
within the scheduled time.

A Rescue Fee of $200 is payable if we have to transport you out of the Track due to personal injury or illness.
